Production Time

All of our guitars are custom-made and built to order. Production begins only after your order has been received and confirmed.

The estimated manufacturing time is approximately 2 months from the date of payment confirmation (2 - 5 business days). Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, component availability, and customization requirements.

Once your instrument has completed production and passed final quality inspection, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure your instrument arrives safely and securely.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier service levels. Shipping estimates provided at checkout do not include production time.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

For all international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon importation if required by local customs authorities.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding potential import fees before placing an order.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
